GSK: Turning a product pipeline into a deeply moving story

  • With five major product approvals expected, GSK was highly confident and excited about the complex pipeline updates and wanted this energy and clarity carried through to employees, helping the changes feel tangible, relevant and approachable. 

    We created "Life Changers" - an integrated global campaign that put employees and their families at the centre of the story, connecting every person in the organisation to the patients their work was changing.

    The campaign ran across film, podcasts and digital channels. The emotional resonance was strong enough that the internal campaign crossed over to external use  - because when a story is true, it works everywhere.

US Life Science giant: Building Awareness Across a Hard-to-Reach Innovation Ecosystem

  • Well known to investors, this US Life Science brand was a hidden giant across the scientific community. They needed to reach decision-makers who weren't looking for them - across one of the most closed-off audiences in the industry.

    We built a curiosity-led, multi-phase awareness programme that asked bold questions about their impact and drove audiences to purpose-built landing pages. 

    High-impact visuals ran across DOOH, display and web. Social films with strong narrative hooks reached decision-makers on LinkedIn.

GSK: A Global Rebrand Delivered at Scale

  • Following a complex demerger, GSK needed to bring 70,000 employees across four time zones through a major brand transformation. Quickly, clearly, and without losing anyone.

    As lead agency, we shaped the "Ahead Together" narrative, produced all the content and built the infrastructure to deliver it globally - including a first-of-its-kind 90-minute live satellite broadcast across five global hubs, a bespoke 3D digital platform for global participation, and local activation toolkits for regional watch parties.
